Fixed Energy Plan

Three-year Super Flex Dual Fuel plan: (no early exit fee)

*Flex-Through Price means, for any billing period, the per GJ price you will pay for natural gas calculated by taking the Average AECO “C” Price for that period and adding $1.50/GJ; provided that from November 1st to March 31st, in any agreement year, the Flex-Through Price will not exceed $5.99/GJ

**The "Lowest RRO Rate" means the lowest regulated rate for electricity (excluding all other charges) charged to regulated customers  by Direct Energy Regulated Services, Enmax, Epcor or the City of Lethbridge in each month.  Regulated rates charged by other providers are not included for purposes of calculating the Lowest RRO Rate.  This introductory price applies for the first 6 months on the Three-year Dual Fuel Stability Plus Plan. See Section 5.0 of Direct Energy Terms and Conditions for full term.

Please note the rates above do not include transmission, distribution, administration, local access fees, GST or other charges. As a result, the cost of the "delivered" energy would be higher. Typically, these costs make up an additional 40 to 50 per cent of the energy charges for the average residential single family dwelling.
