* In addition to the Monthly Natural Gas Supply Price, a Variable Natural Gas Supply Price may be applied. The Variable Natural Gas Supply Price is a rate ($/GJ) you pay for natural gas consumption above 140 GJ in a year. The rate is based on the weighted average of Just Energy's short and medium term natural gas supply purchases, JustGreen Gas costs, if applicable, plus Just Energy's marketing and overhead charges and margin. Just Energy agrees that the rate will not exceed $9.99 /GJ, if JustGreen Gas has not been selected or $10.99 /GJ, if JustGreen Gas has been selected during the initial Term.

Administration fees
The Site Administration Fee is $6.90 per month for one site (or meter)Most homes have two sites: one for electricity and one for natural gas ID, $9.85 per month for two sites (or meters)Most homes have two sites: one for electricity and one for natural gas IDs, plus $2.95 per month per additional site (or meter)Most homes have two sites: one for electricity and one for natural gas ID for more than two. Residential early exit fees

1.5¢/kWh, as applicable, multiplied by a reasonable calculation of the anticipated Energy consumption for the remainder of the Term capped at $75 for each year or partial year left in the Term per sites (or meters)Most homes have two sites: one for electricity and one for natural gas.
Natural Gas
$1.50/GJ, as applicable, multiplied by a reasonable calculation of the anticipated Energy consumption for the remainder of the Term capped at $75 for each year or partial year left in the Term per sites (or meters)Most homes have two sites: one for electricity and one for natural gas.
Please note the rates above do not include transmission, distribution, administration, local access fees, GST or other charges. As a result, the cost of the "delivered" energy would be higher. Typically, these costs make up an additional 40 to 50 per cent of the energy charges for the average residential single family dwelling.
