By the end of 2020, water systems in Red Deer and Central Alberta will receive more than $480 million in critical water grants. The projects include a wastewater plan upgrade for the City of Red Deer, a treated water supply line from the village of Rockyford to Rosebud, a regional line in the Hamlet of Suffield, a regional water line between Wabamun-Seba-Entwistle, a wastewater transmission line from Sandy Beach to Onoway, and a wastewater line between Lloydminster and Blackfoot.
