| Terms and Conditions | Payment by Pre-Authorized Debit only. Customers must have e-mail and agree to accept electronic monthly invoices. Agreements may be cancelled with only 10 business days written notice, without additional fee and/or penalty. Prudential is returned in full at expiry of agreement. Funds held will earn five percent interest per annum, paid to the customer as a monthly credit deducted from their bill. Customers will be charged an additional Variable Administration Fee of $0.002 per kWh for any electricity usage over 2950 kWh per month. |
| Pricing Changes | Flow-Through price plus 0.67¢/kWh. Flow-through prices for electricity are based on hourly Alberta Pool prices with additional charges to reflect line losses and unaccounted for energy, load shaping and administrative fees. |
