Please note the rates above do not include transmission, distribution, administration, local access fees, GST or other charges. As a result, the cost of the "delivered" energy would be higher. *Flow-through prices for electricity are based on hourly Alberta Pool prices with additional charges to reflect line losses and unaccounted for energy, load shaping and administrative fees. Flow-through electricity prices do not contain 0.45¢/kWh green premium and 1.5¢/kWh transaction fee. Customers can switch or cancel plans at any time without penalty. |

| Green Plan Description | Encor Chirp by EPCOR offers customers more choice of green electricity and green natural gas at 3 levels of 15%, 50% and 100%. For Encor Chirp 15% Green Floating Electricity, add $0.0045/kWh green premium to the retail charge. Encor Chirp green electricity and green natural gas is made from renewable sources including hydro and landfill gas. The projects supported are certified Canadian facilities, with Eco-Certified electricity coming entirely from Alberta and ISO certified natural gas from Ontario ( www.encorchirp.com). When customers purchase Chirp green energy, they’re also buying Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) or greenhouse gas offset credits in a quantity that matches the level of green they choose to purchase. |
