| Terms and Conditions | You can switch between fixed and floating rates once per month either online or by contacting ENMAX Energy at 310-2010. If you change plans, your new rate will become effective immediately. You can only change to a rate which is available at the time you elect to switch. The index electricity rate is based on hourly Alberta Pool (AESO) market prices, your consumption profile, additional charges to reflect line losses and unaccounted for energy, plus a transaction fee.
