| Terms and Conditions | Bill payments must be made either by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), which will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date shown on your bill. Or you may use a credit card to pay your bills and the amount (including the transaction charge of 2.5%) will be automatically charged to your credit card on the due date shown on your bill. | Green Plan Description | We offer an optional Green Offset program that allows our members/customers to support renewable energy production by providing a financial contribution to a Green Generator(s) of their choice, e.g., solar, wind or biomass. | Incentives and Bonuses | When you sign-up with ACE, you can add on a fully refundable $25 Membership and receive a Discount on your Fixed Rate plan (the Loyalty/Member rate). We offer a referral program for our customers and members. If you recommend ACE to a customer and they enrol their services with us, we will provide you with a $25 referral fee. The fee will be presented on our monthly invoice as a credit. If you choose to be a member of our organization, you have the potential to receive dividend payments and you can choose to exercise your democratic rights for a $25 fully refundable one-time fee. Each additional site added to your account qualifies for a reduced monthly administration fee of $6.99 (payable for each site in addition to your original site, except micro-gen sites). Micro-gen sites are not eligible for a bundling cost reduction. |
