| Terms and Conditions | Payment by Pre-Authorized Debit only. Customers must have e-mail and agree to accept electronic monthly invoices. Agreements may be cancelled with only 10 business days written notice, without additional fee and/or penalty. Prudential is returned in full at expiry of agreement. Funds held will earn four percent interest per annum, paid to the customer as a monthly credit deducted from their bill. Membership Fee is applied based on monthly electricity usage. if the customer does not have an electricity account for the same address, then the following monthly fee applies: $ 6.00 - under 90 GJ per year $ 9.00 – 90 to 150 GJ per year $ 12.00 - over 150 GJ per year |
