Alberta consumers will receive a total of $500 in monthly rebates on their power bills for electricity charges from July 2022 to April 2023.
If you are eligible for a rebate, you will receive:
- $50 rebates on power bills from July to December 2022
- $75 rebates on power bills in January and February 2023
- $25 rebates on power bills in March and April 2023
Please note:
- You do not need to apply for the rebates. They will be applied to your bills automatically. Beware of any potential scams when if comes to any rebate offerings. Please visit alberta.ca for more information.
- The rebate will be listed on your bill as a line item titled “GOA Utility Commodity Rebate.”
- The exact timing of the rebates will vary depending on the billing cycle of your utility provider.
